Cancer Fundraiser - “La Quinoa del Peru”

Join APPAC (Peruvian Association for Adults Against Cancer) under the umbrella of Quipunet with the support of Taste of Peru to participate in a night of authentic Peruvian culture. All contributions will benefit adults with cancer and no economic means to forgo treatment coming from provinces in Peru. The dinner starts at $30.00 per person. Any difference over will be used as a donation for the cancer organization in Lima, Peru.
• Doors open at 6:45pm
• Dinner auction 7:00pm– 9:00pm. Enjoy traditional Peruvian and gourmet quinoa dishes.
• Peruvian Folklore dance presentation 9:00pm-11:00pm
• Party Light proceeds to benefit APPACC

Chowder and Jazz Jam at The Chapel on Echo Bay

It's a Chowder and Jazz Jam Night At the Chapel Cafe, Friday, March 26 from 6 to 9 pm. Both Clam and Corn Chowder will be on the menu. The Tahoma Trio will start the evening's music performance then open up a jam session. HUGE Boy Scout Fundraiser Garage Sale

Shop For: sporting goods, household items, clothes, toys, dishes, candles, crafting items, electronics, and much more!
Location of sale: Nichols Community Center.
All proceeds help send a Boy Scout from Fox Island Troop 27 to the 2010 National Jamboree at Fort A.P. Hill in Virginia.
Need to clean out that closet or garage? We can use your donations of items for this sale.
Donations will be accepted on Friday, March 26th between 4:00pm and 6:00pm at the Nichols Community Center.

Food Drive for The Tree House at Nichols Center

Please bring a non-perishable food item to the Nichols Community Center when you come to the Easter Egg Hunt. All items help support The Tree House in Tacoma. The Tree House is a place for families to stay at while their children are being cared for at the NICU at Mary Bridge/Tacoma General Hospitals.
Items not needed: cereal, rice, canned vegetables.
Items needed: cake mixes, baking ingredients, flour, sugar, cookies, Hamburger Helper, toilet paper, paper towels, small bottles of shampoo and conditioner.
This is part of a Gig Harbor High School senior class project. Thank you for your support!

Vaudeville Show at the Museum

Fox Island Easter Egg Hunt and Bake Sale

Hop on down to the Nichols Community Center for the Annual Fox Island Easter Egg Hunt. Hunt for eggs, win cool prizes, get your face painted and shop for delicious baked goodies.
Have your photo taken with the Easter Bunny (be sure to bring your own camera!)
Like to bake? Then we can use your Delicious Donations for the bake sale! Drop off your bake sale donations between 4:00pm - 6:00pm on Friday, April 2nd or before 9:30am on Saturday, April 3rd.
Volunteers (of all ages!) are needed to help make the Easter Egg Hunt a success!
***Children who hunt must be age 12 and under***The Easter Egg Hunt starts at 10:00am SHARP, so don't be late!

Annual Meeting of the Fox Island Museum
